Do I need to have an account with your company to get service?

Yes. In order to receive service from us you must have an account already established.

What do I need to do to open an account with you company?

Send us an email at sales@aslforwarding.com requesting your interest in opening an account with us.

What  is the difference between Economy, Priority, and Flash delivery service?

We know that your needs are not one size fits all. That’s why we offer three levels of service:

  • Four to five hour delivery with Economy.
  • Two to three hours with Priority.
  • Flash, our top level, gets your delivery there within the hour (geographic distance and traffic permitting).

Do you offer any discounts?

Our discount program enables customer to enjoy up to a 25% discount on select ASL/Swift Shot Delivery services.  Call or email us for details.

What method of payment is accepted by ASL Forwarding?

For all payments, we accept paypal, credit and debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover logos. Checks and money orders are accepted.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes. We can offer businesses up to 60 days Net through Fundbox Pay.

Is there a minimum amount I can purchase through Fundbox Pay?

Yes.  You can use Fundbox Pay for any purchase above $100.

How can I apply to Fundbox Pay?

To apply for Fundbox Pay, your business must have a business checking account and must have a business address in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, OH, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

When you connect your bank account, Fundbox reviews your business transactions and perform a business health assessment. During the assessment, they determine whether they are able to approve you for Fundbox Credit, and if so, what your credit limit is.
